St James’s Palace Charitable Foundation: Small Grants Programme

Health & Social Care Youth

St James’s Palace Charitable Foundation’s Small Grants Programme awards grants of up to £10,000 (in any two-year rolling period) to UK registered charities and Special Needs Schools in the UK with projects that fall into one of the following themes:

  • Supporting young people with special needs
  • Disadvantaged young people
  • Supporting people with cancer

The Foundation will support projects that provide directly for young people (under the age of 25) within the UK who suffer from physical or mental health difficulties or conditions, or a life-threatening degenerative illness, or are disadvantaged. This will include young people under the age of 25 caring for others. It aims to improve the quality of life for those people in need as a result of disability or disadvantage and seeks to achieve direct, tangible results from the support given.

Where organisations include other groups, 75% of beneficiaries must fit the above parameters.

Deadline: Continuous rolling programme.
