The Albert Hunt Trust’s mission is to promote and enhance the physical and mental welfare of individuals, or groups of individuals, excluding research or the diagnosis of specific medical conditions, by the distribution of trust funds, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Trustees, to UK registered charities that are actively engaged in that field of work.
The vast majority of grants are for £1,000-£2,000.
Applications should be made in writing to the correspondent by letter containing the following:
- Aims and objectives of the charity
- Nature of appeal
- Total target if for a specific project
- Contributions received against target
- Registered charity number
- Any other relevant factors
Deadline: Continuous rolling programme. Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.
