Co-op: Local Community Fund

Community Buildings/Halls Education & Employment Health & Social Care Local Grants Sunday June 16th, 2019

The Co-op Local Community Fund awards money to local charitable causes, helping to bring people together and make a difference.

Every 12 months new local causes are chosen. To apply to be a Co-op cause applicants must have a project or event that:

  • helps a local community come together to save, build, fix or improve indoor or outdoor local spaces
  • supports the mental or physical health of a community through wellbeing activities
  • helps people reach their full potential by developing their skills
  • takes place in the UK or Isle of Man;
  • doesn’t have religious or political aims (although you can still apply if you’re a religious organisation);
  • meets the Co-op’s values; and
  • takes place or will still be running after November 2020.
