Esmée Fairbairn Foundation awards unrestricted grants of over £30,000 for up to three years to charitable organisations whose work aligns with the Foundation’s aims. These are:
- Our Natural World
Ensure that our natural world is restored and protected and that people benefit from that recovery.
- A Fairer Future
Contributing to a just and anti-racist society, where those who need it most have their rights protected, the opportunity to speak and be heard, and the freedom to express their creativity.
- Creative, Confident Communities
Strengthen the bonds in communities, helping local people to build vibrant, confident places where they can fulfil their creative, human, and economic potential.
Organisations wishing to apply as part of a partnership or collaboration are welcomed, as is work which fits more than one of the Foundation’s aims.
Funding can be used towards core and project costs, including staff costs and overheads. For capital funding (building work and equipment), please see the Foundation’s Social Investment programme).
Deadline: Continuous rolling programme.
