IT & Technology Local Grants

The Fidelity UK Foundation Kent Community Development Fund awards grants of between £5,000 to £20,000 to capital and infrastructure projects that strengthen robust, UK registered charities (within Kent and Medway) with a solid track record over at least three years. Minimum income more than £100,000, grant request must be less than 10% of this total income. Grants will be one-off investments and not be awarded over multiple years.

Cost relating to equipment, new construction, renovation and expansion will be considered, alongside strategic IT projects and consultancy (for example, to give specialist input to mergers/planning). Applicants must show how they will use the investment to achieve significant measurable outcomes in terms of new levels of achievement, efficiency and sustainability i.e. money saved, increased number of beneficiaries, increase in hours of service delivery, quality of intervention increased, additional income generated etc

Applications for core/running costs such as general salaries, marketing, training or event sponsorship will not be considered.

Deadline: Continuous rolling programme. Applications are considered three times per year.
