The Growing a Greener Britain fund supports local communities to crowdfund their projects in publicly-owned parks and open spaces improving the environment and providing opportunities for local people to gain skills, volunteer and learn. Crowdfunding enables anyone from members of the community to public and private bodies, to pledge money to projects to turn ideas into reality.
To help local projects hit their target, Growing a Greener Britain is able to pledge up to £5,000 to projects that match their aims, demonstrate creativity and innovation and critically support from ‘the crowd’!
