The Heart Research UK and Subway® Healthy Heart Grants of up to £10,000 are available thanks to the fundraising done in Subway® stores and through the Subway Helping Hearts™ Family 5Ks.
Grants are available to community or voluntary organisations, registered charities or other not for profit organisations with new, original and innovative projects that actively promote Heart Health and help to prevent, or reduce, the risk of heart disease locally.
Opening and Deadline: Applications for the Meridian area (includes Kent) open on Friday 29 June 2018 and close on Monday 13 August 2018. Awards will be decided on Wednesday 12 September 2018.
