The Hilden Charitable Fund’s Summer Play Scheme awards grants of up to £1,500 to help community groups run summer play schemes for disadvantaged communities. Projects must be:
- for children aged between 5-18 years;
- between two to six weeks long;
- locally-based within the UK;
- heavily reliant on volunteer support; and
- under £12,000 in total cost.
Some priority will be given to projects which show they are inclusive of children from refugee families, and show BME involvement.
