Postcode Community Trust: Community Grants

Arts & Culture Health & Social Care Sports Wednesday August 14th, 2019

The Postcode Community Trust awards grants to charities and community groups with projects that fall into one of the Trust’s 2019 themes:

  • Improving community health and wellbeing
  • Arts and physical recreation
  • Reducing isolation

Grants of up to £2,000 are available if you are one of the following:

  • Companies limited by guarantee with a non-profit purpose
  • Constituted voluntary organisation with no charity number
  • Community Interest Company with no charity number
  • Constituted sports group with no charity number
  • Organisations with tax exempt status but no registered charity number

Registered charities may apply for up to £20,000.

Only constituted organisations that have their own bank account in their name will be funded.

Deadline: There are two funding rounds per year. Each round consists of two stages:

Stage 1 is an EOI then successful applicants will be invited to Stage 2 to apply. Dates for 2019 are:

Round 1
Stage 1: 6 – 20 February
Stage 2: 27 March – 10 April

Round 2
Stage 1: 31 July – 14 August
Stage 2: 11 – 25 September
