The Laurence Plummer Foundation aims to support young people from Kent & Medway in participating in sport with a particular focus on helping those from deprived and low income backgrounds. They will fund:
- Projects where individuals/organisations are at a disadvantage
- Projects that encourage/facilitate participation
- Applicants who can not afford to take part in sport
- Projects where new sports activity will be created
- Projects/Applicants that encourage educational training by young people
- Projects/Applicants that assist volunteers in sport
- Projects/Applicants who face significant barriers to participating in sport
- Projects that benefit young people in Medway from disadvantaged background
Individuals, sports clubs, youth groups, charities, not-for-profit organisations and schools are all eligible to apply.
No minimum or maximum grant size is specified.
